U12 Championship The U12 boys had a good win over Mohill on Saturday morning last. They are now in the final which takes place on Saturday next in the Centre of Excellence, Annaduff. Leitrim Primary Schools Cross Country Athletics Well done to the children from St. Brigid's NS who participated in the Leitrim Primary Schools Cross Country and Walks in Leitrim Village on Thursday last. There were many fine individual and team performances on the day. The boys team from fifth and sixth class finished first, while the girls team finished second. Conal Doyle picked up three gold medals on the day for his fine performances in the athletics and walks. Matthew Lee and Claire Mc Weeney also won bronze medals for their individual performances. The Connacht Cross Country takes place in Sligo on Saturday next. Park Fundraiser Kiltubrid GAA and Kiltubrid Ladies GAA will be holding a race night on the 26th November in Gerties Bar, Keshcarrigan. All proceeds will go directly to the upkeep and development of Pairc Cill Tiobraid. Horses will go on sale in the coming weeks Kids Halloween Party Kiltubrid GAA will be holding a Kids Halloween Party on Sat 22nd October at 6.30pm in Pairc Cill Tiobraid.
